UK Vibes 2005 Shambles

Posted: June 13

The Rishi Rich Project were livid after flying to Toronto to perform at the UK Vibe 2 concert only to find that they were unable to go on stage to perform due to a number of contractual problems not rectified by the promoter.

The concert started three hours late as a result and the promoters tried their best to try and rectify the situation. However, all hopes of the Project performing that night disappeared at around 3.30 am when the venue manager called a halt to proceedings.

The group apologise to all the people who turned out to see them perform at the Arrow Hall in Toronto. Although they made several attempts to find a way around the technicalities, unfortunately poor administration by the promoters 21st Entertainment Group made it impossible for the band perform.

Rishi and the crew are devastated having flown half way around the world to perform only to be let down by what can best be described as a 'major technicality' and 'administrative oversight'. The situation was completely out of their control and they apologise whole-heartedly to all the people who paid good money to attend the concert.
