Once again Bhangra Nation is back to take the World by Storm. After eight
years of hosting and presenting the FIRST EVER official World Bhangra & Dhol
Championship, Bhangra Nation is proud to announce the launch BHANGRA NATION IX.
Bhangra Nation being the first and only World Bhangra Competition, teams are
now preparing to conquer the grand title.
Bhangra Nation has also taken the initiative to extend the World Bhangra and
Dhol competition to provide sufficient time for teams to prepare for the UK and
World Bhangra Competition and simultaneously enjoy the weather. Registration &
Sponsor packages are now available any team wishing to pursue or participate in
this event can email info@bhangranation.com.
As Bhangra Nation prepares for its 2005 World Bhangra & Dhol Championship we
would like to extend an invitation to you and your organization and all members
to become involved in this festivity. Over the past eight years parents,
students, professionals, alumni of numerous universities, as well as community
leaders from all across the globe have gathered together, making Bhangra Nation
an ideal opportunity for the youth to congregate either by participating or
pure enjoyment.
Preliminaries along with team try-outs and practices for this colossal event
have already been implemented by organizations. As we approach the official
date the challenge, quest, intensity and complexity of each team towards
attaining the grand title is the final focus. Early registration by several
international teams has already been completed, which will be announced on a
later date.
Through our members commitment Bhangra Nation allowed the youth to participate
in the performing arts and enhance the cultural mosaic and unification of the
Punjabi and other ethnic communities. Bhangra Nation efforts has been
recognized by various organizations that have considered there support and
suggestions an integral part of their initiatives and goals.
