Gulrez Javaid (AKA Gully) is an 18 year old Asian rapper from Stoke-on-Trent. He had the industry buzzing after his debut mixtape "No Introduction". With raw lyrics, gritty delivery, catchy hooks and well thought out verses, Gully quickly gained notoriety. The follow up, "Get Familiar (out Decmber 9th), promises to be equally as exciting. Gully released his EP "A Sign of Things 2 Come" which received a lot of airtime on local radio and was also nominated for a BME (Black Minority Ethnic) Award. His Summer anthem "The Name is Gully" won him the Signal 1 "Entertainer of the Year" award and his "The Streets Couldn't Wait" club banger is sure to get everyone singing along to the catchy hook.
