LEGACY are proud to release their third Album "Teray Sadqay" What promises to make "Teray Sadqay" a successful album to date is the unique LEGACY style of eight Punjabi tracks with a mix of RnB, dance, house and garage catering for all music taste worldwide. "Teray Sadqay" is leagues ahead in terms of production featuring the best music producers such as Sukhshinda Shinda, Kam (Frantic) and Surrinder Rattan. The music is a powerful mix of traditional, punjabi, desi throbbing bass lines fused with modern beats, lyrics and Tariq khans outstanding vocals. The Album features the hottest new MCs on the scene, HMC and MCIntensity, with powerful lyrics in Punjabi from Akhtar Hussain Akhtar, Dev Raj Jassasl. To support the release of the album LEGACY have filmed two videos for the album "Teray Sadqay" which was filmed oversees and is enjoying extensive airplay both in UK and ASIA, and "Gal Sun Jaa" which had LEGACY in two weeks intense training (to be released for broadcast in the near future). LEGACYs unique blend of music has attracted leading British Asian music producer Tarli Digital to feature Tariq Khan vocals on his album Dub Conspiracy for track Mukhra and a remix version of smash hit Sone Di Taveetri from the Red Alert album. Music producer Popsys Larger then Life album had Tariq Khan singing the traditional song Gur Naal Ishq Mitha with a video featuring Tariq Khan, swiftly becoming the hottest vocalist in the Bhangra Indusrty. Tariq Khan was chosen by the Indian ring tones team to endorse the Indian RingTones.com advert broadcasting on all major Asian channels. The exposure the band have already enjoyed so far this year has ranged from A nation - wide audience on BBC TV, BBC to an 80% world wide audience through the satellite channels. They have been featured on BBC1, 2, BBC Choice, Carlton , Zee Music, B4U Music, Sony TV, MTV Asia, Channel V and many other Asian channels. Live performances to date have Included the BBC Mega Mela, Carlton Mela 2002, BBCs 50 years of Independence Celebrations held in Birmingham. Sell out tours in Asia, South Africa, Norway and through out the Eastern Europe as well as performing at all national Melas such as Slough Mela, Southhall Mela, Blacburn Mela etc.In addition they toured throughout the UK from Dundee to Oxford to Bristol headlining many live shows. LEGACY first launched in the market in 1997 with their debut album Mahi featuring the hits Tujh Bin and Ik Chand This was following on from Tariq Khans solo projects such as Bilo de ghar (remix) Suger n Spice, All things Nice and Birds of Feathers. With the success of the album Mahi LEGACY stormed the charts travelled across the globe performing world wide, and were hot on the heels of their senior International colleagues in the heart throb stakes, with Tariq Khan being awarded the The most Fanicable New comer in the 90s. Tariq Khan had numerous offers in modelling and acting. The second album Red Alert featured the smash hit Sone Di Taveetre which became a national anthem in 2000 and 2001. Since the release of Red Alert the band have toured all over the world, enjoying live performances, Interviews and screening of their videos on all major Asian Channels world-wide LEGACY made such an inaudible mark on music they were nominated Best Newcomers 1998 at the Asian Pop Awards.
