 Jay Sean's sophmore album, My Own Way, will be released on December 3, 2007. The album will be out on 2point9 Records. Starting in late November, Jay Sean will be supporting the album with a US tour produced by Blazin-Beats Entertainment. He secured his first record deal when his demo found its way to the studios of Brit-Asian super-producer Rishi Rich. After an impressive on-the-spot audition, Jay featured on the first Rishi Rich Project (RRP) single ‘Nachna Tere Naal (Dance With You)’, which went Top 20 in the UK in 2003. In 2004, Jay released his debut album ‘Me Against Myself’, gaining him two chart hits with ‘Eyes On You’ (No.6) and Stolen’ (No.4). The album went multi-platinum in India and sold 300,000 copies around the world. In the past year Jay has been busy touring internationally, recording for future projects and co-hosting the RRP radio show on London’s Kiss 100 fm. He can currently be heard featuring on the RRP single ‘Push It Up (Aaja Kurieh)’, as well as elsewhere on Rishi Rich’s forthcoming album ‘The Project’.
